How to generate a short URL:
- Insert anchor and use ID of choice
- Set Link on the short URL ID text that leads to the desired page (include an informative title
- Short URL is composed of https://www.izmb.uni-bonn.de/en/u#<ID>
- Example: https://www.izmb.uni-bonn.de/en/u#a
- Do not touch existing links
